IRELAND NETWORK Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and/or attending this event hosted by or affiliated with the Ireland Network (“Event”),
I, the (“Registrant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in this Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage.

2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Ireland Network, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and event partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at the Event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to my actions or omissions in connection with the Event.

4. Refund Policy and Event Cancellation: I understand and agree that all ticket sales and registration fees are final and non-refundable, including in the event that the Ireland Network cancels or reschedules the Event for any reason, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Ireland Network’s control. The Ireland Network shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by registrants as a result of such cancellation or changes.

5. Transferable: Tickets purchased for this event are transferable and may be used by another individual if the original ticketholder is unable to attend. We would just ask you to update us with the name of the attending individual.

6. Media Release: I grant permission for the Ireland Network to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of me at the Event for promotional or archival purposes.

7. Binding Agreement: I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability fully and understand its contents.
